room was amazingly clean, and quiet. entire facility was really clean and well kept. All the employees were very nice and welcoming.

We stayed in the corner king suite. It was kinda neat getting up in the morning and it was SO foggy you couldn’t see anything, actually looked really cool. The guy working valet night shift 1/1/23 was so nice & friendly.

Very nice location. The hotel overall is aesthetically pleasing, especially the rooftop bar/restaurant. The staff and valet were helpful and kind.

Great location on the river. Hotel restaurant was very good and convenient. River walk was a very nice amenity. Valet parking attendants were very helpful especially for as tight as the parking location was.

Toledo has really come around over the last year. It’s a great location, really good food and activities around the area. The valet was very efficient and polite.

Liked the view, the staff were all very nice, good restaurants in house and around, location is fun this time of year. room was comfortable and we slept well.

Love the valet service! After driving from northern Michigan the last thing I wanted to do was find my own parking so I greatly appreciate this service! The pizza was amazing and adult beverages were even better! The view from our corner room was absolutely beautiful! A great place for us on our honeymoon!!

The Renaissance hotel is a really beautiful place to stay. Everything was clean and stylish. I was happy about my room, and the staff was really friendly and helpful.
